As part of our general support service, we offer a dial-in service that enables us to dial into any PC with broadband access

How it Works...
When you require support from us on a particular PC, you would simply go to a certain address on the Web (www.logmein123.com) and enter a PIN Code (which we provide on the day). We then have dual control over that PC, until either party closes the session.

In our environment, this is a big improvement on previous forms of dial-in, as access is not restricted just to the PC with dial-up software installed. We should be able to access any PC that has internet access.

Security...
You retain control over our access to your PC's. It is up to you to grant us access by going to the appropriate Web site, when requested.

The Benefit...
You would be able to demonstrate an issue as if we were sitting in the office with you, on any PC. Also, we should be able to more easily take a copy of your data file, for further analysis. This should all help to speed up the whole support process, ultimately saving time and cost.

The Cost...
We have taken up an annual license fee with 'LogMeIn' software in order to provide this service. In the past, we have suggested that clients acquire a copy of desktop dial-in software, but LogMeIn offers simpler and wider access.

The cost for our Any-PC Dial In service is only £65 per annum, which covers all PC's within that office.
