Our Proposal To You

After an initial discussion with you, we can send you a Proposal.

This Proposal will include an overview of the scope of the project, and a detailed estimate, covering Specification Stage, Development Stage and Support.

It will also include details on GRH, and on the whole Bespoke Database process.

The Detailed Outline Estimate will include an estimate for the Specification Stage.

The Proposal will normally include the following documents:-

-          A Specification Authorisation Form

-          An Overview of the GRH Development Process

-          A simple Cost-Benefit Analysis in Excel, fro your own use.

Our initial estimate is normally quite accurate, unless the scope increases over the course of the Specification, or there a greater than expected number of special rules.
