This system was designed originally for the water cooler industry, but should suit any industry which has to deal with both delivery of consumables in containers, and the regular servicing of equipment. |

|
Call records for weekly repeat orders are generated. Records for services due are automatically created. Deliveries due are assigned to drivers based on delivery areas, and loads amended as required. |

Delivery data is exported to PDA's for the drivers. Actual delivered quantities are imported back into the system from the PDA's, with customer signatures. Signed delivery notes can be emailed to the customer. |

Sales invoices are generated from deliveries and rentals due, and can be posted to Sage Line 50. Container returns can be tracked, potentially enabling the billing of customers for lost containers. |
