As a recent start-up, we wanted to have a timesheet and invoicing system, but our budget was quite restricted. Ambersoft's Rental Option has provided us with a way to keep our costs down in the early days, and has given us sufficient time to prove the value of Amber-JCS. Our admin costs have remained low, and we can invoice regularly and easily. Even our accountant is happy. One real time saver is the built in link to Sage Line 50 which enables all our expenses and invoices and to be integrated into the accounts package literally at the touch of a button.  Support is first rate and the product has proved customisable to our needs.  I highly recommend it.

Thanks to the new system we are at last able to analyze our job costs in as much detail as we could ever need while enjoying all the benefits that brings. We lose far less administration time now thanks to the Sage Link, and our job profitability is much more transparent. The free trial period of Amber-JCS was particularly attractive to us in giving us time to test and evaluate the system before having to commit to buy. As a company we operate from two offices in St Albans & Brighton but even so we have found an excellent workable solution even by using just the straightforward  Professional version of Amber-JCS.

The support provided has been second to none – Throughout all the trial/setting up period and even now, thanks to their detailed understanding of what we do,  their help has been both rapid and extremely effective.
